This illustration is a figurative representation of something that we don't see in first hand, The Mind.
But how can we express something that isn't visually distinctive...? Going Through the mind of a character is what interested me in the first place.
I was Inspired by masks of Venice and the Sphynx from Egypte, the one who challenges the mind... ;P
The painting is like a mysterious travel into the eyes , the essence of self is enlightened behind a black farfallina...
The Mask lets us see the intellectual part of the character and amplify her questionning stare.
